  i'm not sure about crystals.........but some stones are really good for that.........i'll have to look it up to make sure........
  
  i carry w/ me always.........JADE and my favorite is amber......
  jade is good for dreams and is good energy...
  amber heals........
  
  quarts crystals have love energy.........and more.....
  i'm just learning about energy's of stones,crystals,.........i love it....
